Reset or Change Your Microsoft 365 Password
You can reset or change your Microsoft 365 password via Self-Service Password Reset or Windows Lock Screen.
- Use Self-Service Password Reset when you don’t know your current password. Self-Service Password Reset uses multi-factor authentication to verify your identity, so you can create a new password in the event you don’t know your current password.
- Use Windows Lock Screen when you do know your current password. You must enter your current password in order to change it. Even if your password expired, if you still know it then you can still change it using Windows Lock Screen.
Self-Service Password Reset
- Browse to https://passwordreset.microsoftonline.com
- Enter your Jushi email address and verification characters to prove you’re not a bot.
- Complete multi-factor authentication. Enter your mobile number to receive a text with a security code.
- Enter the security code.
- Create your new password and click Finish.
Windows Lock Screen
- Press Ctrl Alt Del keys together on your keyboard to get the security screen and choose Change a Password.
- Enter your old password and your new password. Click Submit.
- Enter your new password again and click Sign in.
