Logging in to Dutchie POS
This article is for Dutchie POS, and not Dutchie Ecommerce (menu).
- Dutchie is a POS system used by Jushi in several states.
- Due to the size of their company, and the states covered, Dutchie uses several servers to ensure optimal service to their customers.
- All Jushi stores utilize one server. Due to this, employee logins will only work for one URL:
- Backend: https://jushi.backoffice.dutchie.com/ or https://maple.backoffice.dutchie.com
- POS: https://jushi.pos.dutchie.com/ or https://maple.pos.dutchie.com
- NOTE: Due to multiple servers, a Google search for the correct link/URL will more than likely be unsuccessful. It is best to bookmark the links above.
- If you are having issues logging in, and are using the correct URL, you can reset your password from the login screens:

- Once you have clicked on Forgot password, an email will be sent to the email listed in your user profile.
- If you do not receive the email, there could be two issues:
- The email went to your junk folder or your "Other" inbox. Check those two places.
- The Dutchie page says to enter your username:
- Some users enter their email vs their username. Verify they're entering the correct information.
- There is no email listed in the profile. If you need an email added (can be a company or personal email), please submit a ticket here.
